Orders and Production

Cancellations and Changes: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have entered production. Please review your order carefully before submission.

Artwork and Proof Approval

Artwork Submission: Please ensure that all artwork is submitted according to our specified guidelines, including file format, resolution, and dimensions. Failure to comply with these guidelines may affect the final print quality, for which we cannot be held responsible.


Proof Approval: We provide a digital proof of your artwork that must be approved before production. Approval of the proof signifies acceptance of the artwork as presented and confirms your agreement that it meets your expectations for the final product.

Quality Assurance and Disputes

Defective Products: If a product is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Defects might include deviations from the specifications agreed upon in the approved proof that affect the product’s functionality or aesthetic integrity. The determination of what constitutes a defect will be made at our sole discretion, based on industry standards and our quality criteria.


Color and Detail Disclaimer: We strive to present colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to differences in print material, printing technology, and monitor displays. Such variations shall not be considered defects, and the determination of acceptable variation is at our sole discretion.


Satisfaction Concerns: If you believe the final product deviates from the approved proof in terms of quality or specification, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will review your concerns and, if we determine that there was a production error, we will discuss potential solutions, including reprints or partial refunds, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The decision to offer a reprint, refund, or other remedy will be at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability for Artwork

Artwork Preferences: While we commit to adhering closely to your approved proof, we are not liable for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences or minor discrepancies that fall within industry-standard tolerances. This includes but is not limited to variations in color perception and minor differences in design placement.

Financial Transactions

Payments: All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars through third-party payment processors. We accept major credit cards, and all refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


Handling Disputes: If you dispute a charge, we may involve a third-party vendor to resolve the issue. If a dispute is deemed fraudulent, you are responsible for reimbursing us for associated costs.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier in the event of a lost or damaged shipment. While each case is unique and will be evaluated individually, we may opt to send a replacement product as the claim is being processed, depending on the specific circumstances.
