Shipping & Delivery
Effective August 30, 2026
This policy applies to orders placed with PackSales. Custom packaging is produced after artwork proof approval, so production and delivery estimates begin from the approval date rather than the date an order request is submitted.
Production and delivery estimates
Standard production typically takes approximately 5–7 business days, beginning on the business day after proof approval. Most orders arrive approximately two weeks after proof approval when standard production and ground transit are combined.
A one-week rush production upgrade is available for many products. Rush availability is product- and capacity-dependent. Production, shipment, and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Custom manufacturing requirements, delayed proof approval, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, and other circumstances may affect timing. PackSales is not responsible for losses arising from an estimated date that is not met.
Shipping methods and charges
Most orders ship flat-packed through UPS or FedEx. Larger orders may ship on a pallet through an LTL freight carrier. Products ordered together may finish at different times and are not guaranteed to ship in one package or on the same date.
Most orders delivered within the contiguous United States qualify for the shipping option shown with the order. Additional charges may apply to expedited service, freight deliveries, residential or liftgate freight service, address corrections, returned shipments, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States territories, and international destinations. Contact us before ordering when special delivery arrangements are required.
Delivery locations
UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers generally require a complete physical street address. We cannot ship to a P.O. box. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States territories, and international destinations may be available after review and may require a separate shipping quote, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges. The customer is responsible for destination charges not collected by PackSales.
Address changes and returned shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We can usually update an address before shipment if the request reaches us in time. After shipment, carrier restrictions and correction fees may apply, and a change may not be possible. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for applicable return, correction, storage, and reshipment charges.
Tracking and freight delivery
Tracking information is normally emailed after shipment and may take up to 24 hours to become active. Standard LTL freight service is generally curbside. The customer is responsible for arranging access, receiving the freight, inspecting it at delivery, and requesting any additional services in advance.
Loss, damage, and shortages
Inspect every shipment promptly. Report loss, visible or concealed shipping damage, manufacturing defects, shortages, or other delivery problems through our [contact form](contact.cfm) within seven days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the products, shipping carton, labels, and packing materials. Retain all products, cartons, and packing materials until the claim is resolved.
Carrier-related claims are reviewed case by case and may require additional documentation. PackSales may assist with a carrier claim, but assistance does not guarantee reimbursement or replacement. Any reprint, replacement, credit, or other remedy is determined under our [Refund, Cancellation & Quality Claims Policy](returns-policy.cfm).
