If you’re manually laying out your design using one of our dieline templates, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth file review and printing process:
Download and open our template
Pick a dieline file in either AI or PDF format—whichever works best for your design software.
Keep your design and dieline on separate layers
Place all design elements (text, graphics, patterns, etc.) on a separate layer from the structural dielines. If they’re not separated, the dielines may be printed on your box.
Convert all elements to outlines
Be sure to convert all text, objects, and patterns to outlines before saving your file. This helps prevent font issues and ensures accurate printing.
