This Free option works great for most customers.
Our “basic” custom box design services option is free with the purchase of 25 or more custom printed boxes.
Works great for simple designs. For example, a solid color box with your existing logo on the top along with your social and web links added to the sides.
Best for fully custom designs and brand-forward packaging
This option includes everything from the basic plan, plus hands-on design support, 3D previews, and a physical printed sample of your box. Great if you’re looking to add backgrounds, patterns, or multiple design elements across the inside and outside of your mailer or product box.
Tailored for PR mailers, gifting campaigns, and standout unboxing experiences
Our Influencer Kit service is designed to help you create a unique, branded presentation that leaves a lasting impression. We’ll work with you to customize everything, from the box layout and design.. to inserts, product placement, and packaging extras, so your kit aligns with your campaign goals.

We’ll begin with a short questionnaire to learn more about your design needs, brand style, and overall goals. Whether you need a simple logo placement or a fully custom influencer kit, this helps us tailor the process to you.
Next, we’ll reach out to answer questions and finalize the details. From there, we’ll start building your box layout and send a proof for you to review. Depending on the service level you choose, we may also include a 3D rendering or a physical sample.

We don’t provide logo creation or illustration services. You’ll need to supply an image of your logo or artwork (preferably high-resolution) for us to use in your design.
Do I need to provide artwork?
Yes, we’ll need your logo, brand elements/colors, and any design notes or examples that will help us better understand your design idea.
What’s included in the Free/Basic design option?
Simple layout support using our templates which is perfect for placing a logo or adding social media handles to one box size.
What’s included in the Premium design service?
Custom design assistance, physical sample, 3D mockups, and support with patterns, multiple design elements, or full wraps. Great for retail and subscription packaging.
What’s an Influencer Kit design?
It’s a tailored packaging experience designed to wow. We help plan and design the full unboxing experience, with box, inserts, filler, and more, to elevate your brand for press kits or gifting campaigns.
Can I use my own designer?
Absolutely. We can send you a dieline template if you’d prefer to handle the design yourself.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. If you’re using Premium or Influencer Kit design, it includes a printed sample. If you’re going with the free/basic option, you can still order a sample separately.
Can I reuse the same design for multiple sizes?
Premium and Influencer Kit services include support for up to 2 box sizes with the same design. If you’re using more than two sizes or need adjustments, we can help with that separately.
What if I don’t like the design proof?
We’ll work with you on revisions. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with the layout before anything is printed.
How long does the custom box design services process take?
Basic proofs are usually ready in 1–2 business days. Premium and Influencer Kit projects typically take 2–5 days depending on complexity and revisions.
How long does production take after I approve the design?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after proof approval.
Do you offer rush options?
Yes, rush shipping and priority print options are available. Let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to meet it.
